📗 This content is the Bulk Campaign Editor user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
| Elemento | Descripción | Valores |
|---|---|---|
| What gets marked | When a download COMPLETES, the script compares the campaign IDs of every tab with the ones that came into that download. The ones that did not (paused, removed or renamed) are treated as 'no longer active'. | |
| How you see it | That tab turns GREY and a yellow warning appears on row 2: '⚠️ This campaign was NOT active in the last download'. The data below is left untouched. | |
| In the Summary | The Summary tab adds a '⚠️ TABS OF CAMPAIGNS THAT ARE NO LONGER ACTIVE' section at the end with the name of each tab, its campaign ID and what was done with it. | |
| If it becomes active again | Nothing to do: on the next download the campaign comes back in, the tab is rewritten in full and the grey colour and the warning go away by themselves. | |
| Automatic deletion | If you would rather keep the spreadsheet as a clean reflection of what is live, set the 'DELETE THE TABS OF CAMPAIGNS THAT ARE NO LONGER ACTIVE' card to 'Yes' in Config. WARNING: the tab and everything you edited in it are deleted (translations waiting to be uploaded included). That is why it ships as 'No'. | |
| With a campaign selection | With CAMPAIGNS TO PROCESS = 'Selected Campaigns' nothing is marked or deleted: a tab outside your selection is not stale, you simply did not ask for it on that run. | |
| Translation tabs | The translation review tabs ([Campaign][Language]) are never marked or deleted: they are yours and the download does not touch them. |
