📗 This content is the Bulk Campaign Editor user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
Config. The main settings tab. Every parameter of the script lives here. If it does not exist, it creates itself (with dropdowns and default values) on the first run.
Log. Detailed record of each run. It is cleared at the start of every run. Useful for troubleshooting.
Summary. Overview of every downloaded campaign with the totals of ad groups, keywords and ads.
Manual. This tab. The documentation of the script. It updates itself when the version changes.
[Campaign Name]. One tab per downloaded campaign. It holds the editable keywords, RSA ads and assets.
[Campaign Name][Language]. Translation review tabs. They show original vs translated with the character count.
Recommended workflows
Bulk editing of campaigns
Step 1. Set A8='Download' and A10 with the items you want. Run.
Step 2. Edit the yellow cells in the campaign tabs (texts, pins, checkboxes).
Step 3. Set A8='Upload'. Optionally turn on A12='Yes' to label the ads and/or A16='Yes' to upload them paused.
Step 4. Run and check the Log to confirm the changes were applied.
Translating campaigns
Step 1. Set A6='Selected Campaigns'. Fill in columns D (source), E (ON), F (target), G (language).
Step 2. Set A8='Download-Translate', A18='Yes' and B18 with the model. Run to see the estimated cost (area A20-A30).
Step 3. If the cost is acceptable, change A18='No' and run again. The translation is created.
Step 4. Review the translation tabs (original vs translated, character count, AI notes).
Step 5. If everything is right, set A8='Upload'. Clear 'STOP' from B6 if needed. Run to upload the translations to the target campaigns.
