📗 This content is the AI Max Analyzer user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
A Ninja Scripts tool that analyses the performance of Search campaigns with AI Max enabled in an account. It builds an executive Dashboard and 6 detailed data tabs in this spreadsheet (including the log of negatives added from the spreadsheet itself), and sends emails with a monthly summary + weekly alerts only when there are problems.
Email system
There are only TWO kinds of email: monthly and weekly. Daily emails are NEVER sent, even if you run the script every day. Both are switched on/off from Config (see "Send monthly report" and "Send weekly alerts", both set to "Yes" by default). To switch ALL emails off, set both to "No".
Monthly (optional): If "Send monthly report" = Yes: once at the start of each month it sends a summary with the AI Max ONLY data of the previous month (broad + keywordless): stat cards (cost, conversions, CPA, ROAS), traffic split by source, 6-month evolution and the two Pre/Post hypotheses. An internal record keeps it from repeating in the same month.
Weekly (optional, conditional): If "Send weekly alerts" = Yes: it warns you when AI Max performs badly (CPA out of proportion vs baseline, spend with no conversions, etc.) AND AI Max carries real weight in the account (≥ ALERT_MIN_COST_PCT of the cost). IMPORTANT: it is sent at MOST once every 7 days — if you run it daily, an alert does NOT arrive every day (since v2.28). In weeks with no problems nothing arrives.
No spam: In periods with no problems you will not get alerts. The idea is that your inbox carries signal, not noise. And there are never daily emails.
