📗 This content is the AI Max Analyzer user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
The Dashboard tab is the one you will open first every week. Top to bottom:
Overall status: A single big traffic light with your situation. Green = all good, yellow = keep an eye on it, red = act. It is the worst of the 4 individual traffic lights (CTR/CPC/CPA/ROAS).
CPA: Baseline vs AI Max: A big block with the cost per conversion of your keywords (baseline) against AI Max, with each side conversion volume underneath and a verdict sentence in traffic-light colour. The first thing worth looking at.
Cost split: What % of the cost goes to your keywords (baseline) vs AI Max Broad vs AI Max Keywordless. Here you see how much weight AI Max carries in your total spend. If AI Max is <10% of the cost, it is still ramping up. The "No breakdown" row holds the cost Google does not attribute to a specific source because of privacy thresholds — it can hold traffic of any origin (baseline or AI Max), it is not an error.
Traffic light comparison: 4 metrics with their own traffic light: CTR, average CPC, CPA and ROAS. Each one compares AI Max against your baseline and tells you whether AI Max is performing the same, worse or much worse.
