📗 This content is the Keywords Ninja Script user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
What it is for. It analyses the search terms of your Google Ads campaigns and automatically adds as keywords the ones that meet your quality criteria (CTR, conversions, score, semantic relevance). It applies a label so you can identify and filter them later.
How it works. The script goes through every active campaign (ON) listed in the Config sheet. For each one it reads its local configuration (in sheets such as ACD, B2B, etc.), processes the terms according to the configured filters and adds them as keywords in the chosen match type.
Config sheet (global settings)
Cell A2. Account type: 'MCC' (manager) or 'Client' (normal account).
Cell A4. Client account ID when A2 = 'MCC' (format 123-456-7890). Empty if it is a Client account.
Cell A6. Email master switch: 'Yes' to allow sending, 'No' to turn emails off completely (overrides A12).
Cell A8. Recipient email for the weekly and monthly reports.
Cell A10 🆕 v9.7. Conversion action(s) to take into account in the reports. Write the EXACT name of the conversion action as it appears in Google Ads (e.g. 'Purchase'). You can list several separated by comma, semicolon or line break (e.g. 'Purchase; Lead'). If left EMPTY, ALL conversions are counted (classic behaviour). It affects the conversions, Cost/Conv, % Conv and Score of the recommendations and the weekly/monthly report.
Cell A12 🆕 v9.8.3. Email frequency (dropdown). Options: • 'Disable emails' → no email is sent. • 'Weekly only' → only the weekly summary (Monday). • 'Monthly only' → only the monthly report (day 1). • 'Weekly + Monthly' → weekly summary (Monday) + monthly report (day 1). The script NEVER sends daily emails. If A12 is empty, 'Weekly + Monthly' is used.
Row 3 onwards. Each row is one campaign/ad group to process: • Column E — campaign or ad group ID • Column F — name of the local configuration sheet (ACD, B2B, etc.) • Column G — name of the sheet where the added keywords will be written • Column H — 'ON' to process it, any other value to skip it
