The module has made it clear that the method works and that the wall is discipline. This last lesson is the practice: how the roles are divided when the bookkeeping, the consistency and the drafts are done by a machine, and the judgement and the veto are yours. It is written around the Suite's RSA Optimizer, but the flow holds for any well-designed automation.
The archive no manager has
The script keeps, in a spreadsheet you own, the bookkeeping from lesson 3:
- Analysis per piece: every headline and description of every RSA, with its real impressions and its performance label — the snapshot Google only shows while the ad is alive, captured continuously.
- Permanent history: which pieces have been «Best» and which «Low» in each ad group across runs — the record that outlives changes of ad, of manager and of year.
- Combination analysis: which combinations Google is actually serving and with what result.
- Global patterns: which message styles work across the account as a whole — knowledge that cuts across campaigns and that no group-by-group analysis reveals.
- Optimisation log: every ad created, when and in which ad group — the complete timeline of the testing.
AI proposals that learn from your history
When an ad group needs a challenger —few ads, low strength, exhausted pieces— the script generates proposals with AI. What separates this from "asking a chatbot for ads" is the starting point: the prompt does not start from zero. It is built from the group's keywords, the real content of the landing page and the memory of the testing (the «Best» pieces to follow that line; the «Low» ones so as not to repeat the mistake). And it generates two proposals with different angles. It is step 1 of the cycle —a hypothesis grounded in evidence— executed by a machine that has read the group's archive.
Connected to real Quality Score
With the QS Analyzer installed, the Optimizer reads the relevance by ad group that it publishes and injects it into its analyses and its prompts. The chain from lesson 1 —ad → CTR → QS → CPC— becomes a circuit measured end to end: you know which groups have broken relevance, testing concentrates there, and the effect shows up in the group's QS over the following weeks.
You are in charge: nothing goes live without your checkbox
The script never publishes an ad on its own. Proposals are written into the spreadsheet; you review them —you can edit them— and only the ones you tick with their approval checkbox get uploaded to Google Ads. It is the division of roles from lesson 3: the machine does the bookkeeping, the consistency and the drafts; the business judgement and the veto stay yours.
With engineering safeguards behind it:
- A log of every upload (what, when, in which ad group).
- Anti-repetition windows: a freshly refreshed group gets no new proposals until it has accumulated data — the cycle's exposure rule, enforced on its own.
- Limited diagnosis: changes are only proposed in groups with enough volume for the verdict to mean something.
- Identification by ID: ad groups and ads are located by their ID, not by their name; renaming breaks nothing.
The 15-minute weekly flow
- Open the spreadsheet (or the script's email, which summarises what's new).
- Proposals tab: read this week's challengers, with their angle and their rationale. Edit if needed; tick the checkbox on the ones you approve. Reject the ones you don't (the rejection is archived too).
- Verdicts tab: the pieces that have reached volume this week with their label — confirm the ones being pulled.
- Global patterns: a monthly look — which angles are winning across the whole account? That is the cross-account read from lesson 5, already done.
- Restructure ad groups (if the QS Analyzer suggests it): tick to accept splitting a catch-all group; the script creates the new groups with their ads and pauses the original.
Fifteen minutes that replace the three hours of the manual calendar… and, above all, that never skip a month: wall 5, knocked down.
What you actually get
Week by week: challengers with an angle and a rationale in every group that needs one; verdicts per piece backed by data; an archive that grows on its own. Month by month: the whole chain in motion — CTR rising in the groups you have worked on, QS picking it up a few weeks later, CPC falling. Year by year: the compounding advantage the eternal ad never accumulates — and an account that remembers every lesson it has paid for.
💡 Ninja trick: what separates serious automation from an ad generator is memory and veto. With no archive, the AI repeats the account's mistakes faster; with no checkbox, business judgement is lost. The RSA Optimizer has both as standard. If you build your own, build those two first.
