📗 This content is the Keywords Ninja Script user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
Test. Result of the debug mode (A4='ON'). It is cleared at the start of any run that has at least one campaign with A4='ON'. It only shows the Mode 1 evaluation.
Email. Temporary buffer of pending keywords (internal use).
Errors. Log of configuration or run-time errors.
STOP-GO. Internal system to resume runs interrupted by a timeout (the 30 min limit).
KeywordHistory. PERMANENT record of every keyword added (date, term, match type, campaign, ad group, label, status). It is the data source for the weekly and monthly reports. DO NOT DELETE.
EmailLog. Record of the emails sent, to avoid duplicates (by ISO week for the weekly one, by month for the monthly one).
Manual. This sheet. Full documentation of the script. It updates itself when the version changes.
Log 🆕 v9.3. Yellow tab with the structured record of each run: INFO/WARN/ERROR levels, context (campaign or function) and message. WARN rows come out with a yellow background and ERROR rows with a red one. 🆕 v9.6.1: it is CLEARED at the start of every run (it only shows the log of the most recent run).
Actions 🆕 v9.6. Grey tab with the PERMANENT HISTORY of every keyword added/ignored/excluded. It is what stops the script from recommending terms it has already processed. If you want an ignored term to come back, delete that specific row here.
