📗 This is the user manual for the Suite for ChatGPT Ads, the tool in the Ninja Scripts panel. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites. It is updated with every release of the tool.
This is each account's landing screen: what's going on, summarised, with the actionable bits one click away.
The seven figures
At the top, seven cards for the period you picked and their variation against the previous one:
Impressions · Clicks · CTR · Spend · Average CPC · Conversions · Cost per conversion
Each card is also a chart button: click it and its daily series joins the drawing, with the card underlined in its line's colour. You can pick two at a time, each with its own axis.
Two notes for reading them properly:
- Conversions are the ones OpenAI counts, with its attribution and its delay of up to 7 days. If you also send conversions from the server (🎯 Conversions), what you measure lives in 📈 Report, in its own section.
- Cost per conversion isn't judged here. Whether it's high or low depends on your business; that's what the target you set in 💡 Recommendations is for, and from then on the 🩺 Audit does have an opinion.
The Dashboard preview
Below the figures, the last 30 days through yesterday, with a button to open the full 📊 Dashboard. It stops at yesterday on purpose: including today drew a drop every morning that wasn't real.
The 🔗 Integrations card
It says, with a ✅ or a 🔒, which other Ninja tools you have and what each one unlocks:
| Tool | What it unlocks here |
|---|---|
| Suite for Google Ads | The evidence: the search terms that already convert in your Google Ads feed the context hints, the ad groups and the new campaigns |
| Ninja Leads (Lead Rating) | Real cost per lead and per sale, and sending the quality stages to OpenAI |
| Ninja Shield | Each ad's traffic quality: how many of the visits are people |
| Claude (Anthropic) | The features that write with AI: hints, ad variants, groups, campaigns and fixing rejected ads |
Whatever you don't have is still visible, with its lock, and the lock says what that feature does and what it needs. Nothing is hidden: that way you know what the tool can do the day you add the other piece.
If you have several accounts
The 🤖 ChatGPT Ads home page lists them all with their figures for the period. One deliberate detail: there is no totals row. If one account runs in euros and another in dollars, adding them up would give a number that means nothing.
The foot of the screen
At the end, two context lines that don't belong at the top but are worth a look when something doesn't add up:
- 🕒 Freshness: when the last read happened, which is the last closed day, and the reminder that OpenAI adjusts figures and attributes conversions late.
- The technical line: the account id, its currency and its time zone. Currency and time zone are set when the account is created and cannot be changed; every figure and every day boundary in the panel uses that time zone, not yours.
