📗 This content is the Negative Keywords Ninja (lista blanca) user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
The Settings tab has two areas: the left area (column A) with switches to turn tasks on and the main parameters; and a right area (column B) with technical parameters.
Left area — which tasks run and who gets notified
Execution level: says whether the script works on the current account or on a child account of an MCC. If you set 'MCC' you must also write the ID of the child account. (The values are the same in every language: Cuenta / MCC.)
Notification email: the address all the reports are sent to. If you leave it empty the script sends no email (this is not an error: it exits silently).
Clean up redundant negatives (Si/No): turns on the task that removes the exact negatives already covered by a broad negative. When the task finishes, the script sets this cell back to 'No' automatically.
Conversion names (text, comma-separated): used in Phase 2 to rule out as broad candidates the words that appear in terms with conversions. Example: 'Purchase,Demo request,Trial'.
Level to add accepted broad negatives (Campaña / Grupo / Lista): sets the scope of the broad negatives proposed by Phase 2 that you approve.
List name: only read when the level above is 'Lista'. If the list does not exist the script creates it and emails you so that you can attach it to the right campaigns.
Phase 2 analysis frequency (Diarias / Semanales / Mensuales): controls how often the script re-analyses your existing negatives looking for new broad candidates. This is expensive, so tuning it is the difference between the script finishing in 2 minutes or in 12.
Undo cleanup (Si/No): turns on the task that restores every negative removed by a previous cleanup.
Right area — advanced technical parameters
These parameters have sensible defaults and most users never need to touch them. If you leave the cell empty, the default is used.
Whitelist comparison mode (OFF / Acentos y Plurales / Acentos Plurales y Derivados): how a term is considered to match a word in the whitelist. OFF is the strictest and fastest mode; 'Acentos Plurales y Derivados' is the most permissive and the slowest.
Max. extra characters: how much a word may grow and still count as a derivative. Only applies with the 'Derivados' mode.
Minimum repetition threshold (Phase 2): the minimum number of times a word must appear in your exact negatives before it is proposed as a broad candidate.
Days of conversion analysis (Phase 2): the time range queried to find out which words generated conversions (and rule them out as candidates).
