📗 This content is the Negative Keywords Ninja (lista blanca) user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
If after running a cleanup you see it removed things it should NOT have touched, you can undo it completely or partially:
To undo EVERYTHING: turn on the undo switch in the Settings and run the script. It will restore every negative to the exact place it was (campaign, ad group or shared list).
To undo ONLY SOME: first delete, from the Cleanup Report sheet, the rows you do NOT want restored. The undo only processes what is still in the sheet.
The 'Restored' column of the Cleanup Report is filled in with 'Yes', 'Already existed' or 'Failed:
10. Broad negative recommendations (Phase 2)
The script periodically analyses the exact negatives of every campaign and proposes new broad negatives. The logic is as follows:
It counts how many times each word appears in the exact negatives (ignoring stop words such as 'de', 'la', 'the', 'and'...).
It filters out the ones appearing fewer times than the configured threshold.
It queries the Google Ads search terms report to find words that appear in terms with conversions (of the types you listed) and DISCARDS them — those are not proposed because they produce results.
The candidates that survive are added to the Broad Negatives tab, sorted by number of repetitions from highest to lowest. You tick 'Add negative' or 'Ignore' in the matching column.
On the next run, the ones ticked as 'Add negative' are applied as broad negatives at the level you chose (campaign, ad group or list). The ignored ones are never proposed again.
On every analysis, the repetitions of the existing candidates are updated to reflect the latest count.
💡 This analysis is expensive (it goes through tens of thousands of negatives and queries the search terms report). That is why it runs at the frequency you configure: daily, weekly or monthly. Your own decisions (add/ignore) are processed every time you run the script, regardless of the frequency.
