📗 This content is the Negative Keywords Ninja (lista blanca) user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
Google Ads limits every script run to 30 minutes. If your account has a lot of volume and the script does not finish in one session, it automatically saves its progress in the internal STOP-GO and STOP-GO-Cleanup tabs. The next time it runs (manually or on a schedule), it carries on exactly where it left off.
You do not have to do anything. Just schedule the script to run several times a day and let it work through the tasks at its own pace.
8. Cleanup of redundant negatives
Over time it is normal to accumulate exact negatives that are already covered by a broad negative. For example: if you have the broad 'marketing agency', the exact negatives 'digital marketing agency' or 'online marketing agency' are redundant — the broad one already blocks them.
To clean them up, turn on the cleanup switch in the Settings. On the next run the script goes through every campaign set to ON, finds the redundant exact negatives (strict matching: word by word, no variants — exactly how Google Ads really evaluates negatives) and removes them both from Google Ads and from the script's sheet. It also cleans up the negatives you added manually straight into Google Ads, not only the ones the script added.
When it finishes, the script sets the switch back to 'No' automatically and emails you the full report. The Cleanup Report tab stays as a permanent record of what was removed, when, and which broad negative covered it.
💡 WARNING: the cleanup can affect shared lists attached to other campaigns. Read the orange warning in the email before accepting the changes. If you want to revert, use the undo task.
