📗 This content is the Negative Keywords Ninja (lista blanca) user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.

Every tab has a colour that tells you its category:

🔴 RED — Settings: the control panel of the script. This is where you define everything.

🟢 GREEN — Tabs with results you can consult: Broad Negatives (Phase 2 candidates), Cleanup Report (what was removed and when), and every campaign whitelist sheet.

🟡 YELLOW — Activity and error tabs: Log (summary of the last run) and Errors (accumulated errors).

🟠 ORANGE — The sheets with the exact negatives the script has added for each campaign.

⚫ GREY — The two example templates ('Whitelist (example)' and 'Negatives (example)'). They are not used for anything: they are there for you to duplicate when you set up each campaign. You can delete them once you no longer need them.

⚪ NO COLOUR — The script's internal tabs (STOP-GO and STOP-GO-Cleanup), which handle resuming when the script runs out of time. Do not touch them.

6. Main task: adding negatives

This is the default behaviour of the script if you turn on no advanced task. For every campaign set to ON:

  1. The script queries the search terms of the configured period (typically today or the last few days).

  2. It compares every term against the campaign whitelist using the comparison mode you chose.

  3. It checks that the term is NOT already covered by an existing broad negative (anti-redundancy pre-check).

  4. If the term is neither in the whitelist nor covered by a broad, it adds it as an exact negative at the configured level (campaign, ad group or shared list) and logs it in the matching negatives sheet.

  5. If you are using shared lists and the current one fills up (the 5,000 per list limit), it automatically moves to the next one (NKNS → NKNS2 → NKNS3...). If the next list does not exist it creates it and emails you so that you can attach it to your campaigns.
