📗 This content is the Search Query Optimizer (SQONS) user manual, the same one the script writes in the «Manual» tab of its spreadsheet. Here you can search it, listen to it, highlight it and save it to favourites.
Google Ads Scripts stops every run at 30 minutes. SQONS carries a continuity system so that large accounts get processed without losing any progress.
📌 HOW IT WORKS:
With less than 60 seconds left before the limit, the script saves its progress in the STOP-GO sheet.
It exits cleanly, logging a STOP-GO entry in the Log.
On the next run it reads the STOP-GO sheet and picks up where it stopped.
📌 WHAT IT SAVES:
• rowConfig: which Config row it was on.
• scenarioIndex: which scenario (1-5) it was in.
• partialRowSQR: the internal report row where it paused.
📌 RECOMMENDATION:
Schedule the script hourly, or every few hours. If one run does not finish, the next one continues on its own.
Log and Errors
Two tabs for keeping track of what the script does.
📌 LOG TAB (yellow):
The notable events of each run:
• START/END of the run.
• LIST CREATED (when auto-rotation creates a new list).
• STOP-GO (when time runs out).
• SUMMARY (totals of keywords added).
The log is WIPED at the start of every run, so it always shows the last complete run.
📌 ERRORS TAB (yellow):
A running history of errors and important notices. It is never cleared automatically — handy for diagnosing problems after the fact.
